Saint Paschal Baylon.

Saint Paschal Baylon was born in Torrehermosa (Kingdom of Aragon) in 1540. Thereat, he grew and was a shepherd. He joined the Order of Friars Minor (Franciscans), and stood out for his devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and his love for the Holy Eucharist. Murió en Villareal de los Infantes (Castellón) en el año 1592. He died in Villareal de los Infantes (Castellon) in 1592. Pope Leo XIII proclaimed him patron saint of the Eucharistic associations and congresses (1897) His feast day is celebrated on 17th May.
