The Organ
Description
The case of the organ has been rebuilt from pieces of the former organ since 1939, which was previously placed above the choir in the main nave.
The mechanism, pipes and other parts of the organ are subsequent to 1939. The organ was restored by the Chapter in 2015.
History
Carvings of pure Renaissance style designed in 1510 by Fernando Yáñez de la Almedina, disciple of Leonardo da Vinci and artist of some panels of the wings of the main altarpiece – together with Fernando de Llanos –.
Work in wood carried out by the Valencian woodcarver Luis Muñoz.
