The Sundial
Introduction
The sundial, on the back right of the façade marks the passing of time.
The lines it presents correspond to hours and half hours. The twelve hours are marked with red paint (XII).
Where can it be found?
It can be found on the right side, on the buttress of the Apostles’ Door.
Below is the Miguelete street, which connects the Apostles’ Door with the bell tower.

Miguelete street
This street, located in the western part of the Cathedral, connects the Plaza de la Virgen (Virgin’s Square), where the Apostles’ Door is placed, with the Plaza de la Reina (Queen’s Square), where the Iron Gates are situated.
On its way, you can see the external face of the chapels that make up the Cathedral, as well as the bell tower, known as Miguelete, which gives the street its name.
