Jubilee of the
Holy Chalice

2025 / 2026

Since 2015, the Holy See, through the Apostolic Penitentiary, has granted our Archdiocese of Valencia the privilege of being an official perpetual Jubilee site, in recognition of the safeguarding of the sacred relic of the Holy Chalice kept in the Cathedral.

Third Eucharistic Jubilee Year
of the Holy Chalice

From 30 October 2025 to 29 October 2026 we will celebrate the Third Eucharistic Jubilee Year of the Holy Chalice, under the theme: Chalice of Hope.

2025

During 2025, to avoid overlapping with the events of the Jubilee of Hope, no official announcements were made, although throughout the year various organizations carried out some preparatory activities.

2026

From January 2026 onwards, the Cathedral will welcome both individual and group pilgrims. The Cathedral will be the sole Jubilee site, and all Masses celebrated during this period will allow the faithful to obtain the indulgences, under the usual conditions.

The daily 09:30 Mass, the Thursday 20:00 Mass, and the Sunday 12:00 Mass will carry a particular emphasis for pilgrims and worshippers attending. Contact to arrange visits.
