The Chapter requested the restoration of the paintings and it was necessary to dismantle the central gilt wood keystone and the panels of the Baroque vault, in order to access the frescoes.<\/p>\n

This dismantling, in accordance with the legal precepts, was made reversibly, keeping the numbered fragments under the responsibility of the Chapter. The architect Salvador Vila Ferrer<\/strong> was in charge of the interior and exterior architectural work.<\/p>\n

Removal and transfer of the keystone and panels<\/h4>\n

The window frames, the images of saints and the baroque ribs have been preserved, which do not obstruct the vision of the angels and maintain the \u201cvertical reading\u201d<\/em> of the baroque apse, especially from the entrance.<\/p>\n

LEDs are solid-state semiconductor devices which make them robust, reliable, long-lasting and vibration-proof, which can convert electrical energy directly into light.
